 Summary of Job

The B4A Program Administrator supports the B4A program’s strategic initiatives by overseeing the planning and management of short term missions trips and assisting in facilitating B4A events, as well as managing the program’s marketing efforts and day-to-day operations.

The B4A Program Administrator joins the B4A Manager in driving the vision and executing the mission of the B4A program, ensuring communication is clear, details are thorough, and participants are prioritized.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • The B4A Program Administrator is responsible for the following duties:

    • Assist with B4A STM Trip mobilization

      • Communicate with trip participation

      • Prepare resources for mission trips

      • Oversee the trip logistics for our local mission trip.

    • Coordinate all B4A events and manage the planning process among staff.

    • Contribute to and train Participants at B4A ministry events and training events

    • Market B4A ministry and events through but not limited to:

      • Email campaigns 

      • Social media, especially Instagram and Facebook

      • Respond to incoming messages on our media platforms

      • Design content for events and trips.

    • Assist B4A Staff with administrative/operational roles and responsibilities

      • Create & manage  B4A Event & Alumni Surveys 

      • Prepare & keep inventory of resources for events

    • Maintain database, evals, B4A alumni map, drive, and gather/ organize data

    • Maintain communication with WR B4A Coordinators pre, during, and post trip.

    • Oversee the non-trip related ministry finances.

    • Travel to the mission field to lead trips, as necessary

    • Be open to the leading of the Holy Spirit in conversations with each team members, donors, or alumni

    • Develop a team of ministry partners to complete the fundraising goal. (Amount to be determined). Through this process ministering to partners through prayer and teaching biblical truths is essential. (I Corinthians 9:14, Philippians 4:17) Training for this located at: www.support.adventures.org
