Classification: Full-time, Fully Fundraised Base Salary
Fundraising Goal: $35,300
Summary of Job
The B4A Program Coordinator is primarily responsible for the following initiatives:
1. Assist B4A Staff with administrative/operational roles
2. Manage the event planning process
3. Create & design resources
4. Provide organization to processes and documentation
The B4A Content Coordinator joins the B4A Manager in driving the vision and executing the mission of
the B4A program, ensuring communication is clear, details are thorough, and participants are
prioritized.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The B4A Office Manager is responsible for the following duties:
1. Assist B4A Staff with administrative/operational roles
○ Maintain staff on target with deadlines
○ Onboard new staff team members
○ Ensure all necessary information is gathered prior to meetings
○ Keep events and communication on time for: Email campaigns, Social media,
○ Respond to incoming messages on our media platforms and B4A email inbox
2. Manage the event planning process for events hosted by Beauty for Ashes
○ This includes but not limited to Facilitator Training, Conferences, Ambassador retreats,
and End of Year Celebration
○ Serve as the point person for event set up, supplies, and implementation
○ Ensure the execution of event follow up, surveys, and debriefing for quality control
3. Create processes
○ For content creation including but not limited to ministry handbooks, journals, and
packets, etc
○ For events including but not limited to Ambassador retreats, Pathways, Facilitator
Training, Mission trips, Conference, The Gathering
4. Provide organization to processes and documentation
○ Maintain database, B4A alumni map, drive, and gather/ organize data
○ Create & manage evaluations
○ Prepare & keep inventory of resources/ supplies
5. Be open to the leading of the Holy Spirit in conversations with each team members, donors, or
alumni
6. Develop a team of ministry partners to complete the fundraising goal. Through this process,
ministering to partners through prayer and teaching biblical truths is essential. (I Corinthians
9:14, Philippians 4:17) Training, encouragement and ongoing support will be provided.
This job description will be evaluated on an ongoing basis in an effort to manage the staff member’s
wellbeing.
