Location: Manzini, Swaziland

Classification: Support-Funded, Salary dependent on family needs, competency, etc.

Commitment: 1 Year Minimum beginning Fall 2017
 

 Summary                       

Teach our Adventures in Missions' Swaziland Missionaries children

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Teach all the main subjects for the youngest students currently in grades first and sixth.

• Teach writing, and speech with junior high and high school students.

• Assist with lesson planning and grading for older students as needed.

• Possibly teach electives such as P.E., art/music appreciation, etc. depending on your interests and skills.

• Be available for some general tutoring.

• Participate in the larger Adventures Swaziland missionary community.

• As this position is ¾ time, the candidate will be able to participate in personal ministry contributing to the overall base vision - Care Points, sustainability, etc.

    Job Expectations

• At minimum an Associates Degree in the field of education is required for internship.

• Spiritual maturity, compassionate listening, and discernment.

• This position includes free housing (small, one room studio).

• Will be an active part of both the American community and an active part of the local community.

• Accountable to walking daily in humility, love, forgiveness, and unity.
